1. FACILITATE PROVIDER

At QAAS Plan Management, we will help you sort out all the paperwork, ensuring it is filled out properly with the service providers you want to use. We can provide support and help at every stage of the process. If invoices are later, we can follow up and smooth out things with the provider and the NDIS.

2. APPROVE INVOICES

It can be really stressful dealing with all the invoices that need to be generated for the different services you need to use. This is where we can make things a lot easier for you – we can receive all the invoices on your behalf and on behalf of your service providers and will then approve and forward them to you so you have a copy. It means minimal fuss and minimal work for you.

3. SUBMIT INVOICES TO NDIS

Our team appreciates that only some have the mental capacity or strength to deal with many invoices and forms. Therefore at QAAS Plan Management, we can submit the invoices on your behalf to the NDIS.

4. RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM NDIS

Your main concern is getting the services you need to make your life easier to manage and more enjoyable. To help make that possible, without the stress and hassle of dealing with various payments, we can receive the payment from NDIS on your behalf and then pay your service providers for you.

5. AY PROVIDERS

As outlined above, we will then pay all your providers for the services they have given you. 

6. CONFIRM PAYMENTS

We will then email remittance advice on your behalf to your service providers as a receipt for the payments once they have been successfully processed.
